1. Acceptance of Terms
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Clycyo. By registering for an account, embedding our tracking script, or accessing our dashboard, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
Clycyo provides a privacy-friendly, cookieless web analytics platform. We offer subscription-based access to our software, which processes and visualizes traffic data for your websites. We strive to maintain maximum uptime and continuous availability, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Clycyo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our platform. Furthermore, you must not use Clycyo to track sensitive personal data, health information, or financial details in violation of applicable privacy laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine you have violated these restrictions.
5. Fees and Payment
Our services are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all applicable fees in a timely manner. We reserve the right to change our pricing, but we will always provide advance notice of any pricing changes. Failure to pay may result in the suspension of your access to the reporting dashboard.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clycyo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability in any matter arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid us over the past twelve months.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable regional laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts within our primary jurisdiction.
