Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 27, 2026.
At Clycyo, we take your privacy incredibly seriously. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, and protect your information when you use our website analytics services, applications, and associated software. We have built our service from the ground up to minimize data collection and respect the privacy of your users, adhering to robust international standards including the GDPR, CCPA, and PECR.
1. Information We Collect
We believe in data minimization. When you use Clycyo as a customer, we collect only the information strictly necessary to provide you with our services. This includes your account information (such as your name and email address), billing details (processed securely by our payment partners), and technical logs required for the maintenance and security of our platform.
For the end-users visiting your websites tracked by Clycyo, we collect anonymous, aggregated data. We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII), we do not track individuals across different websites, and we do not use cookies or local storage for analytics purposes. The data collected consists of basic HTTP request details, such as the requested URL, referral source, user agent (browser and operating system), and a salted, hashed, and anonymized representation of the IP address which is rotated completely every 24 hours.
2. How We Use Your Information
Account information is used exclusively to provide you with access to our dashboard, render customer support, process billing, and send critical service updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, nor do we use it for targeted advertising.
The analytics data we process on your behalf is yours. We act purely as a data processor. We use this data solely to generate the analytics reports accessible in your dashboard. We do not mine this data for cross-site tracking or profiling.
3. Data Retention and Security
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, we will permanently remove your personal data and all associated analytics data from our primary databases within 30 days, subject to routine backup rotation schedules. Our systems employ state-of-the-art encryption both at rest and in transit. We enforce strict access controls and conduct regular security audits to ensure the integrity of your data.
4. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete your personal data. You can exercise most of these rights directly through your account settings or by contacting our privacy team. Because the end-user data we collect on behalf of our customers is fully anonymized and cannot be tied to an individual, individual data subject requests for analytics data typically cannot be fulfilled as no PII is held.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the effective date.
